A bottle of water 1little was gifted from Hotel on the 1st day. That was very helpful.Every day , cold fresh fruit water served in front of reception desk. That service was happy because of no cold free drink anywhere in Paris. Room clean was perfect, and security was kept all day. The hotel was near not only gare san laser , but also Liege and Europe, Auber. So it was convenient to do sightseeing Paris city. The reason why my score was not full, the room has nether bath nor the space luggage open. Every time I open my suitcase ,I put it on my bed.

We loved our stay in the hotel. The staff was the best, especially Enzo who is a true professional with excellent people skills and the most helpful front desk person I've ever met. Housekeeping does an amazing job with spotless cleaning. Comfortable bed, small bathroom but with a good size shower. The hotel is just a short walk from the train station which is also a subway hub, and a shopping mall as well. Grocery store is nearby the hotel, also restaurants/cafes and pastry shops. Close to the Opera and you can even walk to the Louvre easily.

New and clean. We didn't' want the room cleaned while we were there but the nice gal gave us clean towels. I prefer just getting clean towels to having our room cleaned everyday. Nice staff. Felt secure. Clean new bathroom with a bathtub!! Easy access to metro and a couple really cute restaurants around and open late.

Rocco

The location was great, just outside of Montmartre (but not in the hustle of Montemarte) and a short walk to taxis, trains, and the metro. The hotel and rooms were clean, and the staff were always friendly. There is baggage storage if you need to leave your bags there after check-out/before check-in which is very handy.

It's a hotel especially thanks to its great location and it was surprisingly quiet (you could hear a distant rumble but really more like you can sometimes hear the rain)! Clean facilities, room not too small and very friendly staff.
